Transfer Your DNA Data to SNiP
Step 1: Authorize your data transfer
Complete the form below so we can locate your DNA data and transfer it to SNiP, where it can be used to formulate your new personalized supplement, CODE Complex®. To find your data, we need one of the following:
- The order number from a past supplement purchase
- The barcode from your original DNA kit
Where to look
- Order number: check old order emails or the label on the back of a past jar.
- Kit barcode: it appears on some reports. If you don't have it, you can request it from the company that processed your kit.

Step 2: Choose your option at checkout
After you submit the form, you'll go to checkout and choose one:
- Start your CODE Complex®: Order as a subscription or a one-time purchase, and we waive the $29 fee.
- Transfer your data only: $29
Both options include your DNA reports.
